Our Designs and flowers

You can choose any of our designs shown on our site and we will do our best to reproduce what you see- However to remain the best quality and freshness we may substitute certain blooms if we feel that they are not up to standard.

All our products are subject to availability and on acceptance of your order we therefore reserve the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging with an item of equal or greater value.

We will do our best to inform you of this before sending out your flowers.

Flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Some flowers may be harmful if eaten and/or skin irritant. Please call us on 0208942265 if you are concerned by such issues.

Deliveries

Deliveries are made by our driver to the address you give us. A signature is required when accepting deliveries.

Should recipients be away at the time of delivery- a card will be left stating attempted delivery was made.

If we deem it safe to leave the flowers near the door we will do so. We may also leave the flowers with a neighbour so that it can be collected by the recipient. The calling card will have instructions of what has happened to the flowers.

Flowers sent to hospitals, military bases and business addresses will be delivered to the main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution.

Deliveries can not be made to PO Box addresses

Please ensure you enter the full and accurate details of address including postal code, Telephone number or any special delivery instructions.

We will endeavor to deliver the flowers between the hours of 10am and 6pm. Monday to Saturday.

Except for special dates our delivery service in NOT available on Sundays or UK public holidays.

We will contact you if for any reason we cannot deliver on your specified date.

Cancellation

Should you wish to amend or cancel your order we will need as much notice as possible, please call us on 020289402265 We do our best to process an order as quickly as possible and therefore any changes that the customer makes after 3 hours of placing an order we cannot guarantee those changes will be met.

Personal messages

You are entirely responsible for any text or other material which you post or send on this message system and the Conservatory accepts no liability for any such content. Please make sure the message contains nothing which could be construed as harassing, threatening, vulgar, abusive, obscene, damnatory, and racist or which may cause embarrassment or distress to any person or are otherwise unlawful or objectionable.

Returns or Refunds

Because of their perishable nature flowers are not returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are not are completely satisfied please call us on 02089402265 Quoting your reference number.

In order of us to resolve any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction we advise you make any complaint within 2 days of the date of delivery.

We will only give a refund should we deem it appropriate.
